NOTES:
  1. If SC9 Software do not have an existing host site with all the required features, the client may be required to purchase the hosting facilities and domain name before work can progress beyond the proof of concept model.
  2. If we are providing the hosting environment:
    the client must pay for the hosting environment as well as the software before we make the site available for live use;
    the initial term, and any immediately following term, will be for a period of between twelve (12) and eighteen (18) months;
    any subsequent periods will be for twelve months.
  3. The client is responsible for the selection of the hosting site; We will do our best to advise on suitability but ultimately it will be the client's responsibility to provide an appropriate environment for our software; Therefore, if our recommended hosting site is not chosen, it is in the client's interest to make the hosting environment (including domain name) available early in the development process.
  4. If we agree to be responsible for renewal of a domain name:
    the annual fee will be payable either with the last environment fee paid prior to the domain expiry, or thirty (30) days prior to expiry; failure to make the payment may result in loss of the domain name.
