because we only make a nominal charge for developing your site,
we retain the copyright to the source code and you are not entitled to distribute it,
or to permit it to be distributed by a third party, in any form;

you are permitted to make changes to the software and to implement new features,
though this may impact any support agreement with us;
new features that you implement will normally be joint copyright as they will depend upon our infra-structure;

you may copy the software for backup purposes;

you may duplicate the site provided that the new site is for your own use,
and that you notify us of the additional URL;
we will be happy to assist you with creation of the additional site;

you may transfer the software to a different hosting site after notifying us of the change;
you must send us the URL of the hosting company's site, and of your new site;

you may instruct a third party to maintain the software for you,
but copyright of any modified source code must remain with us;

you may not remove SC9 Software, or other supplier, identification images or text (including copyright statements)
form the source code or from the generated pages without the full written agreement of SC9 Software;
